What we collect

When you complete a form on this site we collect what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, phone number if you provide one, and your answers to the questions asked.

When you book a call we collect the time you chose and the details needed to send the invitation. Your booking is added to our calendar and you receive a calendar invitation.

We do not collect payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call you requested, and to keep a record of our conversation so you are not asked the same questions twice.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you tick the SMS box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Basil Kakis about your enquiry or booking. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who else processes it

We use service providers to run this site and our operations, including hosting, email delivery, calendar scheduling and text messaging. They process your information on our instructions and only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we have a relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our legitimate business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at contact@highcrestai.com and we will respond.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link or by asking us directly.
